Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2-3 tsp Swee10
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped

 

Method:

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: Mix cocoa powder, cornstarch, Swee10, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add Milk: Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth.
  3. Cook: Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and starts to boil. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Blend In Chocolate: Remove from heat. Stir in dark chocolate and vanilla extract until thoroughly melted and smooth.
  5. Chill: Pour the pudding into serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it onto the surface to prevent skin formation. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
