Ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate - 40 gm
- Coffee powder - 20 gm
- Hot water - 5 gm
- Cream - 50 gm
- Swee10 - 10 gm
- Cocoa powder - for dusting
- Strawberry - for garnish
Method:
- In a bowl, add chopped chocolate
- Mix together coffee powder, hot water and 10 gm of cream
- Add this to the chocolate forming a smooth ganache
- Whip the rest of the cream with swee10 till it forms medium peaks
- Add Swee10 and cream mix, to the ganache
- Pour into mould and let it set in the refrigerator
- Dust with cocoa powder and top it with a strawberry slice
- Enjoy silky smooth Mocha Mousse
