  • Dark Chocolate - 40 gm
  • Coffee powder - 20 gm
  • Hot water - 5 gm
  • Cream - 50 gm
  • Swee10 - 10 gm
  • Cocoa powder - for dusting
  • Strawberry - for garnish



  • In a bowl, add chopped chocolate 
  • Mix together coffee powder, hot water and 10 gm of cream
  • Add this to the chocolate forming a smooth ganache
  • Whip the rest of the cream with swee10 till it forms medium peaks
  • Add Swee10 and cream mix, to the ganache
  • Pour into mould and let it set in the refrigerator 
  • Dust with cocoa powder and top it with a strawberry slice 
  • Enjoy silky smooth Mocha Mousse
