What's breakfast without blueberries topped with something sweet? Here is a healthy twist on blueberry cream cheese buns, sweetened with Swee10.

Yields - 4 soft and delicious buns

Total calorie - 70 per bun only with Swee10



  • Flour-150 gm
  • Egg-1 no
  • Yeast-10 gm
  • Swee10- 5 gm
  • Milk- 30 ml
  • Butter- 20 gm
  • Salt- 5 gm
  • Cream cheese- 20 gm
  • Blueberry jam (made with Swee10!)- 10 gm


  • In a bowl, combine together flour, yeast, swee10 and an egg to make a dough
  • Add butter and salt to the dough and continue to knead for 10 minutes 
  • Set aside the dough and allow it to proof for 2 hours
  • Pinch small balls out of the dough and allow it to proof again for another1 hour
  • Press gently on the bun to create pockets to place cream cheese and blueberry jam
  • Brush over the buns a mixed blend of egg, milk and swee10 
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve & enjoy freshly baked hot & delicious blueberry cream cheese buns.
