Recipe to Follow: 

Ingredients:  

  • Pista/Pistachios-200 gm  
  • Swee10-20 gm  
  • Water-1/2 cup  
  • Cardamom-2 tsp  
  • Ghee-2 tbsp  

Method:  

  • First, add some pistachios to a pan.  
  • Roast them well and transfer to a blender  
  • Grind the roasted pistachios to a fine powder  
  • Next, mix Swee10 to water and heat the mix till it reaches a rolling boil in a pan 
  • Stir into the prepared Swee10 syrup, the ground Pistachio powder

  • Now, add cardamom powder along with some ghee  
  • Mix all the ingredients well and cook till a dough-like consistency forms
