INGREDIENTS
- Overripe bananas-6 Nos
- Wheat flour -1/2 cup
- Oat flour- 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder-1 pinch
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Swee10- 25 gm
- Milk- 1 cup
- Oil- 1/2 cup
- Salt- 1 pinch
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Mash the bananas in a bowl
- Add oil, Swee10 and mix well until combined
- Add the dry ingredients: - wheat flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda
- Mix the dry ingredients well and then add milk in parts
- While pouring the milk ensure to mix all the ingredients gently and not vigorously.
- Grease a loaf tin with oil
- Pour half the batter, top with chopped dark chocolate and walnuts
- Pour the rest of the batter
- Add the remaining chocolate and walnuts
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins
