INGREDIENTS

  • Overripe bananas-6 Nos
  • Wheat flour -1/2 cup
  • Oat flour- 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder-1 pinch
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • Swee10- 25 gm
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Oil- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- 1 pinch
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/2 tsp

METHOD

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl
  • Add oil, Swee10 and mix well until combined
  • Add the dry ingredients: - wheat flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda
  • Mix the dry ingredients well and then add milk in parts
  • While pouring the milk ensure to mix all the ingredients gently and not vigorously.
  • Grease a loaf tin with oil
  • Pour half the batter, top with chopped dark chocolate and walnuts
  • Pour the rest of the batter
  • Add the remaining chocolate and walnuts
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins
